required urgently for rs 100 crs established and reputed mfr of pharma/ cosmetic and personal care chemicals/ ingredients

company: leading mfr of chemical preservatives

location: chinchpokli – kalachowky, mumbai

reports to: sales manager / head of sales

salary: to 6 lakhs pa gross

1st and 4th saturdays and all sundays off

the sr sales coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from inquiry to payment realization.

this includes coordinating with clients and internal departments for quotations, purchase orders, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups.

./ bms/ bcs/ other graduate/ pg with min. 10 years experience in handling similar responsibilities independently

preference from chemical or any industrial products / b2b cos.

strong communication and coordination skills.

proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).

knowledge of quotation, order, and dispatch processes.

ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

experience in handling b2b clients and sales cycles.

able to supervise junior coordinators/ assistants

coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.

manage the complete order cycle — from quotation to order confirmation, purchase order processing, dispatch coordination, delivery updates, and final payment follow-up.

follow up for pending payments and maintain payment status reports.

prepare and update sales reports, mis data, and performance tracking sheets.

maintain accurate customer data and transaction history in crm or excel.

support the sales team in client communication, documentation, and post-sales service.
