Sales Coordinator - Part Time - Freshers

we are seeking a motivated and disciplined offsite sales associate to join our team. this role is designed for candidates who can effectively engage with prospects over phone calls and maintain accurate daily reports. the position requires consistency, accountability, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a remote working setup.

key responsibilities

make outbound calls to prospective customers for product/service promotions (minimum hours daily).

maintain and submit daily sales reports (30 minutes).

update in & out timing in the designated whatsapp group daily.

ensure 80% work completion per day; else attendance will be considered absent.

build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.

report progress, challenges, and feedback to the management team regularly.

work schedule & compensation

working hours: 4 hours per day (monday to friday).

total weekly hours: 20 hours.

mode: offsite (remote).

salary range: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance & experience).

requirements

strong communication and convincing skills.

ability to handle high-volume outbound calling.

discipline in maintaining daily attendance and reports.

basic knowledge of whatsapp, excel/google sheets for reporting.

self-motivated and target-oriented.
