Must be efficient in responding to customers, via s, telephone, and other communication channels. Entry of PO (Purchase Order) into the ERP System, Preparing Work Orders (WO) Issuing Proforma Invoices (PI) to customers, follow up with customers for payments etc. Post Order documentation following receipt of Purchase /Service orders, customer accounts and other related issues. Candidate must be organised & possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
