• to deliver sales and enhance the customer experience through high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

• enjoys working with children and relishes the challenges that may present.

• “brand ambassador” - both in and out the store.

• have fun while at work.

• warm welcome and approach to each customer.

• believes and lives the attitude of “sheer customer delight” – go beyond

• to efficiently adhere to all “company procedures and policies.”

• to work with the team to achieve great “customer service.”

• to communicate with the store manager on any operational challenges faced.

• to keep up to date with product knowledge to share with customers and team members.

• to actively look for ways to improve performance, and skills.

• ability to deliver on all aspects with least guidance from the store manager.

• focus on store sales & merchandising

must have:

• good in communication

• candidate should be able to communicate and speak basic english (talk about themselves, courses done, career etc)

• young and below the age group of 26 /27 years

• energetic and interested in working amongst children

• any additional skill like dancing, singing, mimicry, juggling will be most apt

• the average ctc will be between inr – lakhs

• the employee will have a 80 : 20 ratio where 80 % of the ctc is fixed and 20 % is variable
