webvio technologies pvt ltd is hiring for the position of sales consultant for its inbound international voice process. this is a customer-focused role ideal for individuals with strong english communication skills and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

key responsibilities:

handle inbound calls from us-based customers

assist with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings

provide accurate information and support regarding travel inquiries

convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

no lead generation required

required skills:

excellent communication in english

confident and customer-oriented approach

basic computer knowledge

strong listening and problem-solving abilities

comfortable working night shifts

ability to work in a target-driven environment

eligibility criteria:

12th pass, pursuing graduation, or graduate

fluency in english

willingness to work night shifts

candidates from kolkata, west bengal, bihar, or jharkhand are preferred
