Job Title: Sales Consultant (International Voice Process)

Salary:

First 3 Months: ₹10,000 per month + unlimited incentives

After 3 Months: Up to ₹20,000 per month + unlimited incentives

Job Description:

Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Sales Consultant for its inbound international voice process. This is a customer-focused role ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US-based customers

Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings

Provide accurate information and support regarding travel inquiries

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

No lead generation required

Required Skills:

Excellent communication in English

Confident and customer-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working night shifts

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria:

12th pass, pursuing graduation, or graduate

Fluency in English

Willingness to work night shifts

Candidates from Kolkata, West Bengal, Bihar, or Jharkhand are preferred
