We are seeking for a dynamic individual to be Business Manager reporting directly to the Managing Director

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Person must have the knowledge in Fire protection system(. Fire Hydrant, Fire Alarm, Fire suppression, Fire Extinguishers , Signages)

Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Directly responsible for achieving bookings, revenue, and gross margin objectives for the division.

Establishes new and maintains personal contact with ministries, government authorities, and key customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Conducts market surveys and competitor analysis as well as targeting potential clients, and expanding the current accounts.

He must be able to work closely with the OEM's platform and maintain a constant wire with clients.

Provides timely, accurate and complete feedback to the management regarding market, projects, clients, competitors and division performance.

Maintains and updates the divisions contact database in an accurate and activity details.

Should be presentable, result oriented, willing to travel, having good communication and negotiation skills, and relationship building capabilities.

Should be well experienced in handling firefight
