we are seeking for a dynamic individual to be business manager reporting directly to the managing director –

duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• the person must have the knowledge in fire protection system(. fire hydrant, fire alarm, fire suppression, fire extinguishers , signage’s)

• identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

• evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

• provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• directly responsible for achieving bookings, revenue, and gross margin objectives for the division.

• establishes new and maintains personal contact with ministries, government authorities, and key customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

• conducts market surveys and competitor analysis as well as targeting potential clients, and expanding the current accounts.

• he must be able to work closely with the oem's platform and maintain a constant wire with clients.

• provides timely, accurate and complete feedback to the management regarding market, projects, clients, competitors and division performance.

• maintains and updates the division’s contact database in an accurate and activity details.

• should be presentable, result oriented, willing to travel, having good communication and negotiation skills, and relationship building capabilities.

• should be well experienced in handling firefight
