Ø Lead Generation & Management

Ø Primary Demonstrate and appointment scheduling

Ø Interact with the customer at many levels.

i. On the shop floor with the Production manager & Plant Head

ii. In the office, with the Material, Purchase, QA and Finance Department

Ø To manage the assigned customers on a commercial as well as technical level.

Ø Building relationships with existing client's B2B & B2C

Ø Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements

Ø Documentation in Word & Powerpoint (PPT)

Ø Excel Data Analysis - VLookup, IF, min-max, Filter, Group, Trim, Left, Mid

Ø Provide User Awareness & Training to Clients

Ø Provide Minor Technical Support after Sales

Ø Prepare weekly progress reports.

Daily Email checking & reply to Clients
