We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who is passionate about pets and is excited to be a part of a growing pet accessories brand - Pawstomize. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our enterprise sales, by looking to establish partnerships with pet shops, online pet stores and other businesses in the pet-care space.

Here is a breakdown of the tasks that you would be responsible for, on a typical day-to-day basis:

Data Sourcing and Management

Sourcing accurate information and contact details of businesses in the pet industry (pet stores, D2C pet-care brands, pet-friendly resorts, etc.) using Google, Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. and from multiple other offline networks.

Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.

Sales Meetings:

Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target customer.

Create presentations/ pitch our brand and partner brand products to the prospective clients. The approach can be a mix of telephonic meetings, web meetings, email and in-person meetings.

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Sales Follow-ups

Communicating with the prospective customers with regards to providing additional information about the product, terms of purchase, and so on.

Coordinate with the operations team to generate Proforma invoices for interested buyers. Sales Conversion:

Negotiate win-win deals.

Maintain product margins as per management guidelines.

Customer Co-ordination

Follow up with operations team on status of order and updating it to the database.

Tracking payments as per payment terms.

Regular follow-ups with customers and warm leads. Qualifications

Candidates with 0-1 year(s) experience in product-based sales. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Fluency in English, Kannada and preferably Hindi.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

/month fixed + variable compensation based on sale
