• designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• customer / field visit plan making & following.
• follow up with production / dispatch for timely delivery as per customer’s requirement.
• to ensure all documentation in dispatching material as per customer requirement.
• assessment of customer satisfaction.
• demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• resolve customer complaints.
• determine price schedules and discount rates.
• review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• to ensure market survey & expand the business.
