sales execution: guide customers through the sales process, handle negotiations, process orders, and manage payment/financing procedures.
target achievement: meet or exceed individual and team sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals (kpis).
relationship management: follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
store operations (retail focus): assist with merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, and managing inventory where required.
