Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and promptly in the retail store, showroom, or through digital channels (phone/email).
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to understand the customer's specific needs, preferences, and budget.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current products, services, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information.
Advisory Role: Offer tailored recommendations and solutions that best meet the customer's requirements, clearly articulating the value proposition of the advised product.
Sales Execution: Guide customers through the sales process, handle negotiations, process orders, and manage payment/financing procedures.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals (KPIs).
Relationship Management: Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
Store Operations (Retail Focus): Assist with merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, and managing inventory where required.
