Build strong relationships with branch managers and banking staff of partner banks.
Drive life insurance sales through the banca channel by motivating and training bank staff.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and joint calls with bank employees.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Generate leads through bank walk-ins and convert them into successful closures.
Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and support teams for policy issuance and customer service.
