Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with bank branch managers, relationship managers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the bank to identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance products.
Create and execute strategies to grow the banca channel business and expand market penetration.
Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous revenue growth through the banca channel.
Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff to ensure effective product promotion.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
Manage key accounts and provide personalized service to bank clients looking to purchase insurance products.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth customers (if applicable).
Ensure that all customer queries and issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
