Job Description

need a sale manager for our company m/s. dharmesh construction co. for real estate sales / show site / calling / follow ups . should be expertise in selling real estate properties & negotiation with customers.

* male or female candidate

* minimum experience 3 years . freshers not allowed

* salary 25k to 35k plus incentives

* full time work - 10 to 6 pm

* monday weekly off subject to work

* identifying & distribution of project to cp

* promoting the project to cp & digital marketing

* conduct meetings with cp on site & taking updates

* sourcing of clients for project

* discuss & follow up with client

* maintain mis & monitoring

* excellent skill in sales & negotiation

* strong knowledge of real estate market

* managing the complete process of sales from start to end with all necessary documentation
