Sale Manager

Need a Sale Manager for our company M/s. Dharmesh Construction Co. for real estate sales / show site / calling / follow ups . Should be expertise in selling real estate properties & negotiation with customers.

* Male or Female Candidate

* Minimum experience 3 years . Freshers not allowed

* Salary 25k to 35k plus incentives

* Full time work - 10 to 6 pm

* Monday weekly off subject to work

* Identifying & Distribution of project to CP

* Promoting the project to CP & digital marketing

* Conduct meetings with CP on site & taking updates

* Sourcing of clients for project

* Discuss & follow up with client

* Maintain MIS & Monitoring

* Excellent skill in sales & negotiation

* Strong knowledge of real estate market

* Managing the complete process of sales from start to end with all necessary documentation
