**job description:**

we are seeking a diligent and customer-focused paytm barcode installation agent to join our team. the primary responsibility of this role is to assist merchants in installing paytm qr code/barcode systems at their establishments.

**responsibilities:**

- travel to various merchant locations to install paytm qr code/barcode systems.

- ensure proper placement and functionality of the paytm qr code/barcode systems.

- troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during installation or thereafter.

- communicate effectively with merchants to address their concerns and provide support as needed.

- maintain accurate records of installations, including documenting any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.

- collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the installation process.
