major job responsibilities:

�� issuing work permits and monitoring the permit check point��s implementation.

�� planning and conducting an internal inspection in the plant to ensure work environment safety.

�� plant rounding to identify safety deviations/violations in work activity.

�� monitoring the critical raw materials handling

�� investigating the route cause/s behind the near-miss/ incidents and providing necessary controls to mitigate the risk.

�� procurement of safety equipment, instruments & ppe through purchase order.

�� preparation of the monthly reports and weekly reports.

�� preparation of department environmental impact assessment

�� conducting calendar training for regular & contract employees.

�� conducting shop floor training to the bottom level employees.

�� safety equipment inspections based on the schedules.

�� ims files updating as per schedule.

�� monitoring of mee and etp plants.

�� maintenance and servicing of fire equipment.
