Safety Officer (Male)

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to help maintain a safe working environment in our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-5 years of experience who are passionate about workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Safety Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

2. **Training and Awareness**: Organize safety training programs for employees, ensuring they understand safety protocols and emergency procedures.

3. **Incident Reporting**: Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports to document findings and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

4. **Safety Policies**: Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and best practices.

5. **Emergency Preparedness**: Prepare and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring all employees are familiar with emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Occupational Safety or a related field. Strong communication skills are essential for training and reporting purposes. Attention to detail is critical to identify hazards effectively. A proactive attitude towards safety improvements and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are expected. Candidates should be able to work well in a team and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture of safety in the workplace. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
