Implement and maintain company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety measures are followed.

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and prepare method statements.

Provide safety induction and ongoing training to workers and staff.

Maintain all safety records, incident reports, and inspection logs.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety protocols into work practices.

Investigate accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures.

Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety signage.

Monitor safe operation of scaffolding, glass handling, façade installation, and machinery.

Participate in safety audits, meetings, and toolbox talks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety / Industrial Safety.

Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a plus.(optional)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction, glazing, or façade-related role.

In-depth knowledge of construction safety, especially for aluminum and glass work.

Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with MS Office and safety documentation tools.

Ability to train and motivate workforce towards a culture of safety.
