Urgent Requirement For Room Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Havelock Island. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.

- Change Linens and Towels: Replace used linens and towels with fresh ones to ensure guests have clean amenities during their stay.

- Restock Supplies: Check and replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other essentials to enhance guest experience.

- Report Maintenance Issues: Identify any maintenance issues in rooms and report them to the supervisor for prompt resolution, ensuring the comfort of guests.

- Maintain Cleanliness in Public Areas: Assist in keeping the hotel’s common areas tidy and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have completed at least the 10th grade. Attention to detail is essential to meet cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina is required, as this job involves lifting, bending, and moving around frequently. The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently is important. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with guests and team members. A positive demeanor and a proactive attitude towards guest service are highly valued.
