Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the rickshaw safely and responsibly: As a rickshaw driver, your main responsibility is to drive the rickshaw in a safe and responsible manner, following traffic rules and regulations.

2. Provide excellent customer service: Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for passengers by being friendly, helpful, and courteous during the ride.

3. Maintain the rickshaw: Regularly check the rickshaw for any maintenance issues, such as tire pressure, brakes, lights, etc., and promptly address any problems to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.

4. Keep track of daily earnings: Keep a record of your daily earnings and ensure accurate documentation of fares collected from passengers.

5. Adhere to schedules: Follow designated routes and adhere to pick-up and drop-off schedules to provide efficient transportation services.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Possess a valid driver's license: You must have a valid driver's license to operate a rickshaw legally.

- Familiarity with local roads and routes: Good knowledge of the local area to navigate efficiently and reach destinations on time.

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and understand their needs.

- Physical fitness: Ability to sit for long periods and handle the physical demands of driving a rickshaw.
