Job description

• Experience in Telecom Industry as an RF Engineer or Drive Tester

• Should have experience in 4G or 5G

• Strong understanding of mobile and web application testing

• Experience in Python scripting and automation

• Experience with MySQL database and basic SQL queries

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization

• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualization

• Data analysis to identify issues, trends, and outliers

• In-depth knowledge of Networks, architecture, and a basic understanding of RAN

• In-depth knowledge of Network Parameters such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, etc.

• Experience in analysis using TEMS, TEMS Discovery, MapInfo, Google Earth or similar tools

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues across mobile applications, web applications, databases, and telecom networks

• Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools

Manual Testing (Added Advantage):

• Can write and execute test cases for - Unit level, Functional and Integration testing, Load testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing.

• Research issues to identify root causes, and document and reproduce problems. Develop test plans and detailed test cases for new product functionality.

• Ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously and escalate risks.

• Competency to utilize Company software and willingness to learn new systems as necessary.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and Fast Paced Environment.

• Test Execution in all levels of testing including Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Load Testing, System Testing, etc.

• Bug Reporting on Bug Reporting tools like JIRA,

• Able to do exploratory and non-functional testing as and when required.

• Effective defect tracking and reporting to improve communications and reduce delay.

• Collaborates with the rest of the QA and software development teams to resolve issues and enhance the application.

• Tracking new application requirement

• Test case automation(python) will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing for App and SaaS-based product

• Writing and executing Test cases

• Share Knowledge of Telecom domain with Team members

• Supporting Development and other teams for smooth flow

• Troubleshoot, analyze, debug and report bugs

• Understand the service architecture and workflow to plan the testing

• Good team player and ability to work as Individual Contributor

Selected candidates will be on a 6-month probation period with a 2-year bond. Based on performance, learning ability, and contribution to business growth, candidates will be considered for a full-time position.
