• Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
• Stay actively involved in the retail sales process of furnishing fabrics and home décor products.
• Establishing relations with the customers/clients in order to ensure continuous business and revenue.
• Be able to take follow up on the leads in pipeline and try and convert as many clients as possible.
• Responsible for offering best selection experience to all the clients.
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
• Understand design by closely working with interior designers and suggest fabrics accordingly, to the clients.
