key responsibilities :

greet and assist customers in the store with professionalism and warmth

understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products and services

support daily store operations including stock handling, billing, and visual merchandising

achieve individual and store sales targets

maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

stay updated with product knowledge, ongoing offers, and store policies

who can apply :

candidates with any retail counter sales experience are welcome

experience in optical/eyewear retail will be an added advantage

freshers with good communication skills and a customer-first attitude can also apply

must be at least 12th pass

should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
