Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions.

Maintain proper product display, folding, sizing, and replenishment.

Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain store cleanliness and department readiness.

Assist with stock handling, inventory, and product availability.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

Support billing, exchange, and other store operations when required.

Maintain discipline and professional behaviour at the workplace.
