Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat customers: Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and assist them in finding a suitable table.
2. Take and deliver orders: Present the menu, take food and drink orders accurately, and deliver them to the kitchen staff.
3. Serve food and beverages: Carry dishes to tables, refill drinks, and ensure customers have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness: Keep the dining area, tables, and chairs clean and organized at all times.
5. Handle payments: Accept cash, credit card payments, or vouchers from customers and provide accurate change.
6. Assist other staff: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
