Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and create a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a professional manner

Present menus and explain dishes when required

Take accurate food and beverage orders

Serve food and drinks promptly

Ensure tables are clean and properly set

Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints politely

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards

Requirements

Good communication skills

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Team player with positive attitude

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or banquet service
