Urgent Requirement For Restaurant Waiter

We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Waiter for our establishment in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

- Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring they are clear and detailed to avoid any mistakes in preparation.

- Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner while ensuring all items are presented well and meet our quality standards.

- Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and organized, including clearing dishes and resetting tables for new customers.

- Assisting Dining Staff: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.

- Handling Payments: Process customer bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 12th grade and possess good communication skills.

- Should have a friendly and approachable demeanor to provide excellent customer service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
