Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to take orders and serve food and beverages to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and create a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and seat them properly

Present menus and explain food & beverage items

Take accurate food and drink orders

Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints politely

Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

Assist in setting up and closing duties

Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards

Requirements & Skills

Basic knowledge of food and beverages

Good communication and customer service skills

Polite, well-groomed, and presentable

Ability to work in shifts and during busy hours

Team player with a positive attitude

Previous experience preferred (freshers can apply)
