KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts

• Welcome guests and ensure excellent table service

• Allocate sections and brief the team before service

• Take orders and ensure accurate, timely service

• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with Kitchen & Bar for smooth operations

• Maintain service standards, cleanliness and hygiene

• Train and guide waiters and new team members

• Ensure proper table setup and restaurant readiness

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
