Opening For Resident Doctor

We are looking for a dedicated Resident Doctor to join our team in Agartala. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of senior doctors while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients’ medical conditions, ensuring a high standard of care at all times.

- Medical History Reviews: Collect and review patients’ medical histories to understand their health backgrounds and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and condition, working closely with attending physicians.

- Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in emergency situations, including stabilization and preparation for further treatment.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, documenting interactions, treatments, and progress.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest medical practices and advancements in the field.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a Doctorate in Medicine (DM) and have 1 to 4 years of relevant medical experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in medical documentation and an understanding of hospital protocols are also expected. A commitment to continuous education and improving patient care practices is crucial for success in this role.
