Resident Construction Manager

Requirements:

1. Overseeing, monitoring and executing construction activities at site.

2. Co-ordination with multi-disciplinary team and site contractors for smooth running of construction activities.

3. Ensuring construction sequences and methodologies adopted are in compliance with project execution plan there by fulfilling HSSE and quality requirements and ensuring timely completion within budget.

4. Ensure timely mobilization of resources(Manpower, material and equipment).

5. Monitoring and sharing of construction progress to all concerned.

6. Manage to obtain mandatory licenses, approvals and clearances as required for construction activities.

Candidate should have compulsory experience in construction of oil storage tank of larger diameter.
