Job Description

customer service: answering customer questions and providing assistance, including helping customers get the experience they want

taking reservations: making reservations online or over the phone, and inputting reservation details into the hotel's system

promoting hotel services: promoting hotel deals, services, and special offers to guests

processing payments: processing payments and completing customer records

preparing for arrivals and departures: preparing for the day's arrivals to ensure guest satisfaction, and reviewing the day's departures to ensure proper billing

assisting with group billing: assisting with setting up and confirming group billing profiles
