We are looking for a dedicated Reservation Executive to join our team in Dhanbad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations and providing excellent service to ensure a smooth booking experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Customer Reservations:** Take customer calls and handle inquiries about booking options, ensuring accurate and timely reservations.

- **Provide Information:** Offer detailed information about services, availability, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- **Confirm and Process Bookings:** Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and confirmed, processing payments and documenting necessary details.

- **Handle Changes and Cancellations:** Assist customers with modifications to their bookings and manage cancellation requests while following company policies.

- **Maintain Customer Records:** Organize and update customer reservation records in the database to ensure information is always current and accessible.

- **Deliver Excellent Customer Service:** Address customer concerns and queries professionally, providing assistance and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
