we are seeking senior research analysts with expertise in property research within the us mortgage industry. the ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-quality research and analytical services related to property assessments, valuations, and market trends. this role involves analysing property data, conducting in-depth market research, and providing actionable insights to our clients.

property research & analysis: conduct thorough research on residential and commercial properties, including property valuations, market trends, zoning laws, and property tax assessments.

data collection & interpretation: gather data from multiple sources such as public records, real estate databases, and gis (geographic information systems) to provide accurate property insights.

reporting & documentation: prepare detailed research reports, property profiles, and presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations for clients.

client engagement: work closely with us-based clients to understand their property research needs, deliver custom reports, and ensure client satisfaction.

quality control: ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of property research data and reports.

market trends analysis: monitor and analyze real estate market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and other factors that impact property values.
