Job Role & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (RMs, BMs) at assigned branches.
Drive life insurance business from the bank's customer base through branch leads and walk-ins.
Generate leads by engaging with the bank's existing customers and promoting life insurance products.
Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge and increase referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance policies.
Ensure proper documentation, application processing, and policy issuance.
Handle post-sale services such as policy servicing, renewals, and customer queries.
Maintain MIS and daily activity reports.
Stay updated with product features, compliance guidelines, and underwriting norms.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 15 years of experience in life insurance/banking/financial services
Preferred: Prior experience in banca channel or insurance sales through bank partners
