financial planning: provide customized financial solutions to clients based on their individual needs, including investment advisory, wealth management, and portfolio diversification.
product knowledge: possess in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other wealth management offerings.
cross-selling & upselling: proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services to existing clients.
