Job Description:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in NBFCs, MSME catering to affordable segments, with a proven track record of building a quality portfolio. Strong commitment to achieving the targets of disbursement month on month

2. Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch

3. Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities

4. Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)

5. Training, coaching and monitoring team performance.

6. Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy.

7. Overall policy and process implementation and monitoring
