to drive business through channel partners branch staff and distribution network
key responsibilities
- to generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation
- to have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day
- to provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers
- to ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter
- to train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch
to ensure 100% of branches with min of 2-3 sp license holders and support them with the same
to drive business target achievements
key performance indicators
- monthly mwpi target achievements (issuance) = 100%
- branch activation > 60%
- 13th month persistency > 80%
- nop target vs achievements
