As a Relationship Manager in our Ludhiana office, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing positive relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction and address their needs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Communication:** Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring strong relationships are built.

- **Issue Resolution:** Address any problems or concerns clients may have promptly, working to resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction.

- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect feedback from clients on services and products, using this information to help improve our offerings and maintain high standards.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and resolution strategies to management, helping to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are aligned with the services provided, fostering teamwork to achieve shared goals.

For this role, we are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with clients. A proactive attitude is essential, along with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing demands. Additionally, a good understanding of customer service principles will be beneficial.
