Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager for which KIEL is hiring on behalf of its client. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients and students, ensuring excellent customer service, identifying business opportunities, promoting courses and programs, and meeting sales targets. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the faculty and administration team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications
Experience in relationship management and Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and promote products in the form of holiday packages.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field.
