job summary:
we are looking for a proactive and client-focused relationship manager to join our stock broking team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and helping them with their investments in equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products.
a strong understanding of capital markets and a passion for client service are essential.
key responsibilities:
client acquisition:
identify and acquire new retail and hni clients.
generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
client servicing & relationship management:
act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
understand clients investment needs and risk profiles.
provide market insights, trading recommendations, and portfolio advice.
ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
sales & revenue generation:
achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
cross-sell a range of investment products such as mutual funds, ipos, bonds, insurance, etc.
promote usage of digital trading platforms and mobile apps.
market knowledge & compliance:
keep up to date with market trends, news, and regulatory changes.
ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines of sebi, exchanges, and internal policies.
maintain proper documentation of client onboarding and transactions.
requirements:
bachelors degree in finance, commerce, economics, or related field.
some experience in stock broking, financial services, or wealth management.
freshers with a strong interest in stock markets and a willingness to learn are most welcome to apply.
comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
nism certification (series viii: equity derivatives) mandatory.
strong understanding of equity markets, technical and fundamental analysis.
excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
