Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for banking products and services through the banca channel.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partner banks to expand product offerings.
Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to partner bank teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner banks.
Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to product delivery or customer queries.
Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for bancassurance or other banking products.
Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and sales strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
