Walk-in For Looking For Relationship Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Associate to join our team in Dehradun on a part-time basis, working from home. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Client Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly to their needs and concerns.

- Identifying Client Needs: Understand clients' requirements and offer suitable products or services. Conduct regular check-ins to assess how we can further assist them.

- Coordinating with Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide clients with the best solutions. Ensure all teams are aligned to address client expectations effectively.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on client feedback and performance metrics for management review.

- Providing Support and Guidance: Assist clients with inquiries or issues related to our products or services. Offer solutions and guidance to enhance their experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while working from home.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
