• build health focused agency force

• achieve budgeted sales target (retail health products only)

• identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as irda agent or posp

• handholding of advisors

• ownership and servicing of advisors

• drive advisors’ activation and progression

• recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.

• ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.

• meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis.
