The Role:

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven leader to rapidly scale our Z-MART retail ecosystem and backend supply chain across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pitch, and appoint highly capitalized Super Distributors.

Acquire and set up Retail and Master Franchises, including the strategic deployment of localized Dark House fulfillment centers.

Align the distribution hierarchy to ensure a seamless supply chain from Super Distributors to all franchise outlets.

Requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in franchise development, channel sales, or FMCG distribution expansion.

Strong track record of opening new markets, high-ticket negotiations, and presenting ROI to investors.
