Key Responsibilities
* Drive regional sales strategy and business expansion.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
* Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key clients.
* Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration.
* Lead and guide the sales team including ASM & Sales Executives.
* Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
* Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Ensure strong execution of sales and branding activities in the region.
* Maintain sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
