Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process; design effective sourcing and interview strategies to attract high-quality talent, and manage structured onboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or conflicts; design and drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) that drives high performance and continuous professional development.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll: Maintain a competitive compensation and benefits structure; oversee timely payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
Compliance & Legal Risk: Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and central labor laws, statutory regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
Training & Development: Identify training needs for teams and individuals; organize and monitor training programs to upskill the workforce.
HR Analytics: Maintain human resource records and metrics (turnover rates, cost-per-hire, etc.) to provide data-driven insights to the management team.
