Refrigeration Engineer

Aim: The purpose of the role is to effectively service, repair and install refrigeration equipment in customer locations as well as ensuring that health and safety is at the forefront of all actions.

Duties will include

• Servicing, repair, and installation of refrigeration equipment to a high standard

• Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs including effective diagnostic skills

• Completing, updating all related reports / documentation /pictures on database using tablet or phone

• Carry out work professionally and assigned work for the day

• Ensure customer satisfaction with works carried out

• Adhere to site guidelines and work in a safe manner

• Advising customers on products and usage

• Manage van stock, maintenance of equipment/vehicle

• Travelling around the UK
