excellent problem-solving skills, including identifying and addressing performance problems, system defects, hardware issues in complex multi-tier application architecture

able to work independently and effectively in a complex environment.

provides support with escalated help desk requests. incident analysis/rcas/troubleshooting and identification of permanent resolutions

experience in clustering activities like redhat, suse

understand any one of the cloud environments (aure/aws).

experience in linux patching through any patching tools such as chef/ansible
