Recruitment Specialist (3-5 Years) - Female Candidates Only

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Noida Sector 66. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and selecting top talent for our organization.

In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective strategies to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, you will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.

You will also maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and provide reports on recruitment metrics. Building strong relationships with candidates and promoting our company culture is key to this position.

The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree and be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important. Familiarity with recruitment software and social media for sourcing will be an advantage.
