3. Collaborate with hiring managers: The Recruitment Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for various positions.
4. Utilize job boards and social media: They will use job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools to advertise job openings and reach potential candidates.
